Withdrawal and Return

All customers are entitled to a 45-day return period for all online purchases.

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within 45 days of receiving the ordered product.

Condition of the Product

The product may be tested to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product is used beyond this extent and depreciation occurs, the customer may be held responsible for the resulting loss in value.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Refund

After receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment, we will refund the full purchase price and the original shipping cost within a maximum of fourteen days.

Payment Method

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase unless you expressly request otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, as well as for personalised or custom-made products.

How can you notify us about the withdrawal?

You may communicate your intention to withdraw using the online form, by e-mail or by postal mail. After submitting the online withdrawal form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

The deadline is considered met if the withdrawal form or the product is sent before the expiry of the 45-day period.
